DESCRIPTION
Heuchera Rio is a part shade loving plant that does well in containers and will bring a pop of color to your landscape or heuchera collection with hues from vivd amber and coral that fade to more soft tones of peaches and tans. Named after one of the most colorful cities in Rio de Janeiro, the is an evergreen perennial that will love some shade but can tolerate sun and bring color to your garden year round.
Rio does well towards the front of your border and sends up dark red stems with white flowers in Spring. Keep cool in warm summer climates, but does well in sun if you’re in a cooler summer climate. No pruning necessary with Heuchera, remove any burned leaves in spring.
Looks lovely in a mixed border and is a florist favorite with those terra cotta and coral tones.
