The plants came beautifully packaged and were in perfect condition. They were potted and not bare root. Love it!

I gave the 4 star rating because, the greenhouse was to be 10x20 ft it is short 3 in on the short side and 7 inches on the long side. Which was most annoying as my husband built the wooden frame we chose to add for more strength as we are near the coast of SC and hurricane territory. The instruction book was not a great deal if help fortunately we are pretty savvy handy people and worked it out. The product is great. I would have loved a true greenhouse glass and vents on top but this little building is a very nice second choice. I am in love with it, and my baby who I helped build it.

Plants Packed with care on their side, but soil was everywhere in the box. Probably rough handling of the box......

All of the plants have arrived healthy and beautiful. I would definitely order from you all again.

The plants were so organized in the box. I ordered 8 of the 2 gal and they weren’t hard to manage at all. They were watered so well and wasn’t brown at all. I can hardly wait for them to bloom.

The package came in and the post office had beat it up pretty.good. There was soil spilling out. To my surprise all 4 plants were in fair condition. Thank you
