Perfect Condition
These shrubs arrived packaged well and seem to be in good shape! They have been in the ground for about 2 weeks and seem to be doing well. We have had little rain here in South Eastern Wisconsin so I try to keep them watered as best I can, every couple days! Hopefully they will thrive and survive our winter!! Satisfied so far….,,,

Sad little plant
Not sure if the potentilla will survive. It arrived more than half brown and withered. I followed directions and gave it light and water, then planted it. I don’t know if it will survive. The most disappointing thing is that I’ve written you twice and got no response. Your customer service isn’t very good.

I responded to both of your emails and your last email was actually a response to one of mine so I'm not sure where the disconnect is. The dried brown blooms can be gently removed. This is normal as the blooms reach their end of their blooming cycle and isn't an indication the plant is unhealthy.
