DESCRIPTION

Ludwig Spaeth Lilac is a deciduous shrub with darker purple panicles of single petaled flowers that bloom later in spring to extend your lilac season! Plant lilacs in full sun for best blooms with a thick layer of mulch to keep roots cool, weeds out and hold moisture. Prune only spent blooms away immediately after they’re done flowering.

Perfect healthy plant

Received my lilac plants very expediently and in great condition. I just reported all 4 in larger containers and will put them in the ground in early spring. They are doing extremely well so far! I’ve never had a disappointment of any plant purchased from the Greenhouse! My number 1 go to place!

Arrived nearly dead

These lilacs arrived in very effective packaging. So they were in good shape. They are small plants 12 to 18 inches. No flower buds but some nice leaf buds that opened up soon after I placed them outside. I like that they were labeled and that the pots were still moist.
