    SHIPPING DETAILS

    Shipping Methods

Orders will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.

Orders are generally in route for 2-5 business days (depending on where you live).

We are sticklers about packaging and shipping your order in a way that guarantees healthy plants upon arrival. If plants are damaged on arrival, just let us know and we'll send you new ones or offer a full refund.

All of our plants are container grown and shipped with the soil and roots fully intact. We DO NOT ship your plants bare-root. Being shipped as a containered plant greatly reduces the risk of the plant not surviving the transit to your home.

The goldstrum plant came in perfect and has so many new leaves! Can’t go wrong buying from The Greenhouse❣️❣️❣️ large mature plants for 30.00 is the way to buy garden perennial plants; other online garden plants are in 4” pots for 18.00 and up!
You won’t be disappointed buying from The Greenhouse! My new favorite place for plants.
From Oregon to North Carolina a long way to travel for the plants I purchased but they were in great condition, just needed sunshine to green up and a good drink

Receive plant in good condition. Soaked the roots according to directions provided. I let the plant sit in the shade on brick sidewalk next to my garage for 3 days to get acclimated to our climate zone 5. Planted it today. Roots were root bound but applied techniques to loosen the roots. Planted the plant in soilless mix with some dirt from the dug hole and added extra perlite to keep soil loose. Added 2 gallons of water after planting. The plant is looking good this afternoon and looking forward to growth and blooms.
