I am disappointed at the color of the rose as it bloomed twice and they were both solid white. Ive had Bonica roses for many years and they were always a beautiful pink. Not happy.

I just sent you an email. :) This can happen when a bud forms while in the box in transit and doesn't get any sunlight. They bloom 'bleached' and it's alarming, you'll see the next wave of blooms once planted in full sunshine and happy in the ground will give you that beautiful soft pink color you are looking for. :)
