    Shipping Methods

Orders will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.

Orders are generally in route for 2-5 business days (depending on where you live).

We are sticklers about packaging and shipping your order in a way that guarantees healthy plants upon arrival. If plants are damaged on arrival, just let us know and we'll send you new ones or offer a full refund.

All of our plants are container grown and shipped with the soil and roots fully intact. We DO NOT ship your plants bare-root. Being shipped as a containered plant greatly reduces the risk of the plant not surviving the transit to your home.

    Not in good condition

The plants didn’t arrive in good condition. Soil was really dry and plant was suffering by the time it arrived. Only one made it.

I just sent you an email! If there is ever a concern or question please reach out to us at hello@thegreenhousepnw.com and we are happy to help!

These arrived with multiple brown leaves and no care instructions. Still not responding to
watering, but are responding to water , sun, and removing dead shoots.

    Already blooming

They arrived ready to bloom, and healthy. There is one pot that has 2 colors and the other one is all the same color, that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars, but I’m happy with them.

    Very healthy

Arrived well packed as usual. Very healthy, and
ready to plant. Already getting ready for 1st blooms! If only the weather would stop dipping to 28-30 degrees some nights here in IL. So far they are doing fine in their shipping pots, being moved inside and then outside on a daily basis, as we wait for above freezing nite temps to stay here!

Absolutely perfect upon arrival and still is after planting. I'm so anxious to see it bloom next year. It is amazing how perfect and unwilted it looks . I'm so impressed with this company's plants and their packaging. Thank you!!

    Healthy plant

Our Columbine arrived within a few days as expected. Plant was protected during transport and very healthy on delivery. Although the blooms were gone there are many seed pods attached so we're hopeful to have additional plants next year. Very happy with The Greenhouse selection and service!

    Shipping was terrible

Shipping was terrible. Bought a total of 4 items. Three of the 4 were badly beaten up. Let them settle then planted. Hopefully they recover.

    Hi Josh,

Thanks for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that they were handled roughly in transit. I'm sending you an email now. If there is ever an issue please reach out to hello@thegreenhousepnw.com and we are happy to help. :)
