DESCRIPTION
Boulder Blue Fescue (Festuca glauca 'Boulder Blue') is electric with a blue-green silvery sheen to its narrow leaves that grow in compact arching tufts. The petite clumping grass is prized for its intense leaf color, but is topped with lovely tawny flower heads in summer that contrast nicely with its own blue foliage. Boulder Blue Fescue can be tucked into a rock garden, or perennial bed for effortless interest, or have it cascade gracefully down an embankment when planted in mass.
