I ordered 3 red ace and 2 pink beauty potentilla and the bigger pinks arrived full of life. The 3 reds look like twiggy brittle mops. Hoping they spring to life in the ground, after a week, still not much hope. :-(

Ordered a Red Ace Potentilla which was impossible to find locally in MN. Order process was very smooth. Shipping was very prompt, even arriving a day earlier than expected. The plant was carefully packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Planting directions were clear and helpful. Would order again.

All my plants were in great shape, I just wished the info tag that describes the plant(sun, spacing, etc) came with them. Nothing, not even the name of the plant. It would very helpful. Instead of having to go back and search your plants on their page.

I ordered the 1 gallon size at first, but I decided to get the 2 gallon size. They willingly cancelled my first purchase and let me place my second order. Very pleased with the flexibility to replace the size. Now I will have to see how it grows. Though I did this all by email, I would like to be able to speak live with a Customer Service rep, but otherwise it was a good experience. I would buy again from them.
