All but one of my ordered plants did not survive their shipment to me. But the one that did (cat mint) looks great!

Thank you so much for outstanding customer service! My first Muhly Grass didn’t survive the trip to Florida. Just a quick picture to you and an email describing the condition of the plant and you immediately sent new plants. Thank you so much! The new plants are in the ground and looking good!

First of all I want to compliment you on the packaging of the two plants that I had ordered. The plants looked fantastic, healthy and growing happily. The golden raspberry plant is doing incredibly well, growing by leaps and bounds. The grass not so much but then I am not familiar with ornamental grass plants so I am not sure if what it is doing is normal. It has new grass growing but it also has dried brown blades as well so I am going to wait and see what happens with it
