I received damaged flowers, I purchased four, two of them are damaged. I planted based on instructions but still at least one of them are dying. I emailed to report, but the response seems like just give flowers for enough sunshine, however it doesn’t work. Not good experience for purchasing.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Your photos were fresh from delivery and they looked normal for coming out of a box and being hungry for sunshine if they still haven't perked up that is different and we are happy to send replacements! When I didn't get a response I assumed they perked up once they received more sunshine. I just sent you a follow up email to resolve this. :)

Good but not Great!!
I placed two orders at different times from them , Both of the two orders were with multiple plants ..One order the grass was in bad shape.. when they were notified about this they said to send photos which I did. Both in the box and in the ground. I was given a song and dance about that this particular grass plant was different from the other ones they sent. So instead of sending me a replacement plant they wanted more pictures lol… The plantgrass is still not in growing so good. It’s crazy that they don’t believe me .. But I just put in an $300,00 order from another company because of there response.
