DESCRIPTION

Spirea Anthony Waterer, Spiraea x bumalda 'Anthony Waterer', provides a needed dose of summer color when many other species have already bloomed out or are waiting to pop. Deep, rosy pink heads cover blue-green foliage and make a vivid display when mixed in borders or in front of stark evergreens. Upright and round it has a somewhat loose branch structure, ideal for informal hedges or woodland gardens. Butterflies are attracted to Anthony Waterer Spirea and will regularly visit making this shrub and even greater delight.
